About Me

My name is Phillip. I come from an artist family, in which I was inspired to become an artist. I am very creative, and love to explore new ideas, and ways of achieving success. Respect is a key to life, and if you give respect to yourself, great things will follow. “I am who I choose to be.”
I am an artist. I've been drawing since the age of two and I love to draw. Drawing is a therapeutic method to calm my nerves. When I was two, my father put a pencil in hand and told me have fun. Apparently for my age I was good at drawing. Over the years I would he drawing or doodle characters from a cartoon. I eventually developed my own character. His name was Devin and it was the first character I made that had his own identity. When I was a freshman in high school, I developed a story around my one character. I went from drawing characters to writing stories. My mind was a creative place but when I placed it on paper I then realized I can make a book from my ideas. Throughout my high school years I watched movies in different way. I wasn't watching them for excitement any more, I was dissecting them scene for scene. I wanted to develop my own movie one day. My plan was to write a novel, create an animated television series, then eventually make a movie. My sophomore year in high school I wrote my first novel. Writing a novel was a difficult task but I've managed to prevail. I inspired myself to continue to write more volumes to the story. Today I am currently on volume three of my story which is called “Lost Chapters.”
